On the Basics tab in CAS, select the age state you want, wait for the Sim to update on the stand, and then click the checkmark to get back out again. Click any Sim (it works on all of them) -> NRaas -> Master Controller -> Advanced -> Edit in CAS. I use the MasterController mod with the Cheats add-on from NRaas.
